OUTSIDE SALES MANAGER
EXPERIENCED door-to-door sales manager wanted
WISE Home Solutions is looking to bring on a local Utah sales team manager. Due to the overwhelming response from reps looking for a solid place to call home, we find ourselves suddenly in need of an experienced door-to-door sales team manager to help lead this growing group to success.
In this position, you would have the opportunity to develop your own sales territory, hire and lead a team of reps, and share the benefits of being a WISE customer with homeowners. You will be an ambassador of WISE Home Solutions, becoming a TRUSTED face to our customers while also adhering to company values and policy. We respect our customers and always put them first; we do not tolerate scare tactics, coercion, or lying to close sales.
We will also encourage sales blitz-type trips with your team. We will be willing to help with the resources needed to travel and provide the needed support for training and selling.
The Position:
You will build a team of 15-20 door-to-door sales representatives.

**Must pass a criminal background check to be able to sell Home Security and Automation.
Must have 1 year of door-to-door sales management experience.
