  • How much does a WISE home security system cost?

    Since every home has its own security need, depending on layout, number of doors and windows, etc., each monitored security quote will be different.   • Can I cancel my contract?

    If you need to cancel your service, you have the option to transfer your agreement to anyone at anytime. If you’re moving within our service area, we offer a  move guarantee so that you don’t have to worry about finding a new monitoring company. For military deployments or other cancellation terms and conditions, contact customer service at 844-904-9473.

  • Will my rate increase?

    Our customers have peace of mind that their rate will not increase during the entire term of their contract.

  • What if I move?

    We offer a Move Guarantee within our service area after two years of service. When you move to an area we service, we will reinstall your system completely for free. If you’re moving outside our service area, please call us at 844-904-9473 for a complete list of options.

  • Can I add more devices?
